Bringing a new status of professionalism to your brand.
Embroidery flat stitch, 3D puff, tackle twill applique, and patches.
Want your company to take on a better appearance in front of clients, around the office, or at events? Embroidery has a much more professional look than printing. It is great for multi-color logos and can be applied to just about any fabric. The durability of embroidery will outlast any printed garment as well.
It's all in the stitch.
There are a couple different embroidery stitch types and techniques. Here's the rundown.
Most often used under large areas of fill. A traditional clean-look. Also used for basic text.
Tackle Twill Applique
Best for team uniforms, this process uses letters and/or numbers cut from polyester or rayon fabric and finished around the edges with a zig-zag stitch.
Also known as puff embroidery, this technique is used to give a three dimensional effect to embroidery.
Artwork is embroidered onto a piece of fabric backing that can later be sewn onto a garment. Iron-on adhesive and velcro can also be used to attach a patch onto a garment.
