How do I get started?
What is required of artwork?
All files must be 300 DPI or vector. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, .PNG, and .JPG. Designs should be sized to print. A good rule of thumb is 11" wide to fit just about all adult sizes for a full chest print.
What is the standard screen size?
Standard screen size is 14" x 17"
Are there any setup fees?
Yes and no. For large volume orders we tend to waive any setup fees.
How long will it take to get my order?
A lot of it depends on you. If you're quick to reply to any questions we have for your job and quick to reply to approving your artwork, your job will get done faster. (It may surprise some people that we have to wait for a week or longer for a client to get back to us. This obviously delays your turn-around time.) If you have a strict deadline in your order be sure to let us know at the start.
From start-to-finish we normally knock out a job in 7-10 business days, but sometimes, if we're extra motivated we get some jobs finished in as little as 5 business days. If you're local, we'll call you as soon as your order is ready for you to pick it up. If we're shipping out an order, you might have to wait an extra 2 or 3 days, but we're in Columbus, OH - right smack in the middle of the country, which makes nationwide shipping fast.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We will screen print an order as small as 25 shirts. But we have other options as well. Even if you only need 1 shirt printed we can help. We have a Direct to Garment (DTG) printer that prints directly on a piece of clothing. We don't have any minimums for vinyl or embroidery either. Just let us know what you need and we'll recommend the best option(s).
Can I mix and match shirt colors with the same design?
As long as we're using the same ink color, mixing and matching shirt colors is not a problem. Just make sure your ink color will show up on your different shirt colors. Black ink on a black shirt doesn't really do much. If you want different shirt colors with different ink colors, then we'll have to quote it out as a second job.
When do I pay?
To get your order rolling we need a 50% payment before work begins. We then collect the other 50% when production is complete and your order is ready for pick-up or shipping out.
